Benefit From A Variety Of Gum Therapies

At the office of Dr. Jeremiah N. Partrick, Jr., patients can benefit from a wide variety of gum therapies. At a new appointment, each patient will be evaluated for periodontal or “gum” disease. These non-surgical periodontal services include soft tissue therapy, commonly called “deep cleaning”, for mild to moderate gum diseases. With our deep cleaning services, Dr. Partrick may place localized antibiotics, which has been proven to be advantageous to patients, as their whole body exposure to these medicines will be greatly reduced. Further, antiseptic “chips” are used which help to resolve the root causes of periodontal diseases. For those patients that require close periodontal monitoring, Dr. Partrick has a periodontal maintenance regimen. Additionally, patients can receive limited surgical therapies such as removing excess gum tissue.
